The DM Pack SKY is a display box tray machine designed for high-speed and efficient packaging operations, equipped with modern technologies. This machine works with die-cut flat cartons and provides an automatic top-loading packaging process. Thanks to the vacuum suction cups, various sizes of fed cartons are quickly picked up, shaped in a vertical position, and smoothly fed forward. Adhesive is applied to the corners of the cartons to facilitate folding, and then, using a robotic system, the products are picked up and placed into the boxes. Product filling can be done manually if required, but the automatic system maximizes speed and efficiency. Finally, the box top is sealed either with adhesive or by folding inward, completing the packaging process.

This machine offers a production speed of up to 50 boxes per minute, meeting high-capacity requirements. The minimum box size it can work with is 150mm (width) x 150mm (length) x 150mm (height), while the maximum box size can extend up to 400mm (width) x 600mm (length) x 400mm (height). The DM Pack SKY can be configured to accommodate a wide range of box sizes and provides flexibility for different production needs. Easy format change allows this machine to quickly process boxes of various sizes, enhancing flexibility on the production line.

Built with a robust structure suitable for heavy-duty tasks, the machine guarantees long-lasting and efficient operation.
