10-50 mm Capping Machine

Cap tightening machines are designed to handle all caps ranging from 10 mm to 50 mm. These machines use pneumatic motors and operate with air systems requiring 7-8 bar air pressure.

Depending on the product, a holder can be added for round bottles to prevent them from spinning, and it can be deactivated for square bottles. The cap tightening attachment can be changed according to the type of cap.

These machines can handle 1500-3000 caps per hour, depending on the product cap. When used standalone, cap tightening units are controlled by a PLC system and a 10-inch, 7-inch, or 4.3-inch HMI screen. When integrated with a filling line, the cap tightening system can be added to the filling system and share the same screen.

The conveyor system can be customized to the desired dimensions. The machines come with a 2-year warranty against factory defects.
