650mm Marble Edge Breaking Machine

The Marble Edge Breaking Machine is a system designed to break the edges of marble and natural stones in a smooth and decorative way in the stone processing industry. The breaker motor with 1.1 kW power breaks the edges of the stones uniformly, while the 0 – 11 m/min adjustable belt speed adapts to the processing process.

The 0.55 kW belt motor power and the 0.37 kW opening-closing motor power ensure that the stones progress uniformly within the system, while the 0.55 kW rotation belt motor allows the stones to be repositioned to perform double-sided processing. With a maximum stone width of 650 mm and a maximum stone thickness of 50 mm, stones of different sizes can be processed.

The machine operates with a manual control system and can be easily managed by the operator.
