ROTOR FEATURES

The rotor is the main component of the crushing process and forms the heart of the crusher along with the shaft and bearings, which is why we have specially developed the rotor part to be longer-lasting, robust, and efficient. It provides the required speed for maximum crusher performance in the right balance and is made of solid cast steel with heavy-duty rotor disks.

Steel shafts are precisely machined for assembly. The rotor shaft is supported by high-quality bearings with labyrinth-type seals, greased for long life. The bearings have a separate pillow block housing mounted on the base for easy maintenance.

The Fabo PDK impact crusher, designed to handle large feed sizes and high-capacity crushing, is suitable for the primary processing of limestone materials or materials of medium hardness, and can even provide high performance and excellent cubical shape of very compact, crushed product.

The PDK crusher can replace the CLK jaw crusher when the fed material is not particularly hard and abrasive, as it allows for a higher percentage of fine particles in addition to the high crushing ratio of particle size. The maximum feed size is designed based on the size of the feed opening.

The impact bars in manganese steel casting are very resistant to wear and can be of different types and have different profiles depending on the requirements and nature of the processed material. Hydraulically adjustable bars can be approached to or moved away from the rotor to achieve the correct particle size distribution curve, ensuring the final product remains consistent over time. The same hydraulic system also allows the machine to be opened for maintenance and inspection operations.
