General 03 New System Mobile Closed Circuit Crushing Screening Plant

The entire system is assembled on a single chassis and can be transported with 1 Truck. It is designed to be put into operation in 30 minutes.

It is different from classic crusher plants and is produced with new technology and equipment. General 03 is a new generation and is the work of 35 years of experience.

Crusher Features:

GNR – 03: High capacity product is obtained by reducing the mined Max 1000 mm mineral coming out of the quarry to 0.50 mm in the first chamber and 0.25 mm in the second chamber with the 2-chamber crusher chamber.

New Generation Mobile Closed Circuit Crushing Screening Plant GENERAL 03 can obtain the desired size product with the return conveyor. It is suitable for asphalt and road construction and concrete batching plants feeding pits.

High vibration is provided with 2 Vibromotors. In this way, trouble-free operation and minimum maintenance are provided.

General 03 Mobile Crusher feeding can be done with Excavator, Loader, Truck. It supports trouble-free operation with additional bunker chambers.

The feeder chamber is protected with Hardox 500 material and is suitable for easy replacement with its bolted assembly.

There is a by-pass grid system in the feeder system. This system meets the need for a pre-screen, and the screened soiled material can be stocked with a separate stock band from this table.
