MOBILE STONE CRUSHING SCREENING PLANT GNR-01

General 01 Mobile Crusher plant, which is a closed-circuit crushing screening plant, is suitable for asphalt, road construction and quarries feeding concrete plants.

Vibrating Feeder and Hopper Feeder System:
Feeder Size: 850 x 3000 mm
High vibration is provided with 2 Vibromotors. In this way, trouble-free operation and minimum maintenance are provided.

The feeder hopper is suitable for feeding with Excavators and Loaders, and feeding can also be done with trucks with additional hoppers in continuous operations.
The wear points on the feeder are protected with replaceable wear armors.
There is a screening system on the Feeder Table. Thanks to the by-pass conveyor, this screened soil material can be poured into the stock area

Crusher Features:
GNR -01: High capacity product is obtained by reducing the mined Max 600 mm mineral to 0.50 mm in the first chamber and 0.25 mm in the second chamber with the 2-chamber crusher chamber.

The desired size product can be obtained with the New Generation Mobile Closed Circuit Crushing and Screening Plant GENERAL 01 return conveyor.
