2000 Kg Big Bag Powder Granule Filling System

The Big Bag Filling Machine allows the filling of materials in powder or granule form into big bag containers with a filling neck. The material can be fed using various equipment such as a sliding flap, rotary valve, screw feeder, vacuum cyclone, depending on the application at the filling mouth.

When the filling process begins, the material is poured into the bag and weighed simultaneously. When the filling value entered from the control system is reached, the material flow automatically stops.

When the filling process is completed, the operator removes the big bag neck from the filling mouth and starts the filling conveyor by pressing a button. The filled big bag moves on the conveyor towards the exit conveyor.
