2 Meter / Minute Top Palette Paint Curing Oven

Design

  • Top Palette Curing Ovens; are semi-automatic structures. They are preferred in systems where the materials to be painted are much heavier and the number of parts to be painted is high. The advantage of this system is to ensure that the product advances with the conveyor on the oven, without touching it, from the moment the painted product is hung on the conveyor until the product is completely cooled using the control system on the oven.
  • These structures operate in 3 stations.
  • In the first station, the product exiting the oven cools down, while in the second station, the painted product is cured inside the oven. In the third station, the product painted in the cabin is hung on the conveyor. In this structure, the painting and drying process reduces time loss significantly compared to car ovens.
