Box Type Stone and Powder Enamel Baking Oven
BOYMAK Box Type Enamel Baking and Drying Ovens work on the principle of loading the part into the oven with a hanger or carrier group to perform the drying and baking process. It is highly efficient, space-saving and manufactured in different systems according to the flow of the production process. These types of furnaces are generally preferred in low-capacity manufacturing due to the low initial investment cost. Box type furnaces provide advantages to users because they take up less space than continuous furnaces and have lower fuel costs.
Heating Unit
Boymak heating exchangers are designed on the basis of maximum efficiency and minimum fuel consumption. Thanks to the specially designed heating exchanger made of specially imported inconel material mounted on the inside of the oven, the oven temperature is increased from ambient temperature to 1000 ºC. The oven is PLC controlled. The BEG used varies depending on the furnace size. Enamel furnaces are specially designed.
Box Type Stone and Powder Enamel Baking Oven Technical Specifications
Box Type Enamel Baking and Drying Ovens are manufactured as sandwich panels, mounted on a chassis and disassembled. The inner part of the baking oven is insulated with 150mm Ceramic Wool resistant to 1430 degrees, and the outer part is insulated with 200mm Rock Wool. The outer sheet of the oven is coated with electrostatic powder paint and corrosion resistance is increased. Due to this insulation feature in the baking oven, heat losses do not exceed the ambient temperature (-10) degrees. In this way, our cooking ovens consume less fuel and do not overheat the working environment. Temperature control is carried out by means of a thermocouple placed inside the oven. BOYMAK Box Type Oven automatically signals when it reaches the desired temperature and the cooking oven can be adjusted from 0-960 ºC via the digital clock on the temperature control panel.
