The outer casing and the surfaces in contact with the dough are 304 chrome and chrome plated.

Different outer drums are used for cutting dough in these grammage ranges. The machine is manufactured according to the dough cutting weight range. The bread producer must request the machine in a weight suitable for bread production.

Maximum roll bread dough and rolling capacity is 7,000 pieces in 1 hour.
Since very little flour is used in cutting the dough, the dough surface is flourless and provides a clean working environment.
The amount of flour given to the cut dough can be adjusted.
The lubrication system is automatically adjusted during the dough cutting process.
Thanks to pressure-free cutting, it does not wear out the dough.

Note: Since there are pneumatic pistons on the machine, air at a minimum pressure of 4 bar is required for the machine to operate. 5*2.5 multiple cables must be installed for electricity. In order to prevent damage to the automation products used in the machine, a suitable regulator is recommended to prevent voltage fluctuations.
