Group Feeding Sandwich Bread Horizontal Cutting Splitting Machine

DAMS DYGM-20 is an industrial machine developed for grouping and splitting sandwich and hamburger breads before packaging. It stands out with its user-friendly design, high efficiency, and safety.

• Product Feeding: Sandwiches and hamburgers coming from the cooling tower or in bulk are placed manually between the product sorting slides with the help of two personnel.

• Sensor Control: The quantities are checked with sensors while the products are grouped. If there is a missing row, it waits until the row is completed.

• Group Separation: Products entering the line are separated as a group with the help of two flaps if a packaged quantity is to be made (sandwich 4’s, 5’s, 6’s; hamburger 4’s, 6’s, 8’s).

• Packing Pusher: Products are inserted between the product pushers of the packaging machine with the help of a pushing arm.
