Hasco 68.1 Airless Piston Paint Pump

Piston airless paint pumps move the paint compressed by the high pressure of the piston to the surface with the help of the paint spray gun (airless gun). Unlike electric motor, pneumatic piston paint pumps are driven by compressed air. It operates by connecting to the air line of a compressor suitable for the pump’s flow capacity and the pressure value required by the operating conditions.

Pneumatic airless paint pumps have explosion-proof feature as they do not operate with electricity. Therefore, they are often preferred in enclosed areas where solvents, thinners, and many other flammable and combustible paints are applied on surfaces.
