Yontar KPM-1036-TS General Features 

KPM 1036-TS is a FULL AUTOMATIC machine that produces single-layer products. It manufactures concrete elements such as paving stones, grass stones, curbs, rain gutters, and slope stones. 
– The product quality is high and the cycle time is short. 
– The locking of the outer mold is ensured by pneumatic bellows cylinders. This allows for a uniform vibration distribution in the mold. 
– The vibrator motors are operated via a frequency-controlled speed driver. This allows the frequency and power of the vibration to be adjusted according to the type of stone produced via the control panel. 
– The finished products are stacked on the shipping pallet by a transfer robot. 
– In KPM 1036 TS-2 and KPM 1036 TS-4 types, a pallet without legs is used and they are manufactured with a finger car. 
– All valves and pumps in the hydraulic unit are of PARKER (Germany) brand. 
– Proportional valves have been used in all important movements.
