Yontar KPM-8036-TS General Features

KPM 8036-TS is a FULL AUTOMATIC fixed single-layer production machine. It produces concrete elements such as paving stones, lawn stones, curbs, rain gutters and slope stones.
– Product quality is high and cycle time is short.
– Locking of the outer mold is provided by pneumatic bellows cylinders. In this way, a uniform vibration spread in the mold is achieved.
– Vibrator motors are operated via a frequency-controlled speed driver. In this way, the frequency and strength of vibration can be adjusted according to the type of stone produced via the control panel.
– With the transfer robot, the products are stacked on the shipping pallet.
– KPM 8036 TS-2 and KPM 8036 TS-4 types use footless pallets and are manufactured with finger cars.
– All valves and pumps in the hydraulic unit are PARKER (Germany) branded.
– Proportional valves are used in all important movements.
