500 kg Automatic Pipe Interior Sandblasting Machine

Abana Machine OBKM 1600 is a vacuum blasting system developed for pipe interior surface cleaning and preparation that is completely automatic. This machine is specifically designed for industrial applications seeking efficiency and high productivity in pipe interior sandblasting operations. With its PLC screen and fully automatic control system, the blasting process can be efficiently managed without the need for operator intervention. The cabin design stands out with its ergonomic features and strong filtration system.

The dimensions of the cabin are 1200 x 900 x 900 mm (height, depth, length), providing sufficient internal volume for pipes to be easily accommodated. The cabin has a single door, made of black DKP sheet material and steel construction for durability. The interior walls of the cabin are coated with 5 mm stitched rubber to prevent wear, ensuring durability even in long-term use. Additionally, a special design is implemented for cabin safety, which automatically stops the blasting process when the door is opened, prioritizing operator safety.

The vertical nozzle motion system used for the machine's sandblasting process operates in a speed-controlled manner. This ensures that all sides of the pipes are equally sandblasted, resulting in a homogeneous surface. The automatic blasting stroke moves up to 650 mm, and this distance can be customized according to the project requirements. The sandblasting gun used during the blasting process can be used as a hand gun for cleaning part surfaces and inside the cabin. In addition, there are 2 sandblasting nozzles for pipe interior sandblasting; one is for sandblasting the inside of the pipe and the other is for general use.

The machine's filter system is cartridge type with a jet pulse system, equipped with high-efficiency polyester-based cylindrical cartridges. This filter system ensures effective separation of dust and particles generated during sandblasting. The fan motor operates with a power of 1.5 kW, and the radial fan with a discharge body helps clean the air by sucking dust from the ventilation channels. This robust filtration system increases consumable efficiency and maintains a clean working environment.

The rotating table system has a diameter of 600 mm, allowing the pipes to rotate continuously during the sandblasting process, guaranteeing even blasting on all sides. Additional accessories such as a rail car and bunker external shelf further enhance the machine's efficiency. The rotating table and loading unloading system allow quick placement and removal of products.

In terms of grit selection, various materials such as aluminum oxide, glass beads, plastic sand, and silica sand can be used. This diversity provides a customizable blasting experience based on different surface treatment requirements. The air gun can be used for both part surface and cabin interior cleaning, making maintenance tasks easier. The lighting system is provided by LED lights and housed in a shatterproof material to prevent consumables from entering the lighting system.

The machine's electrical panel is equipped with a PLC screen and motor protection system. This allows operators to easily control the machine and quickly detect possible malfunctions. Schneider brand motors and inverter-controlled speed settings add long life and high reliability to the machine.
