Sleeve Welding Machine

It is a versatile and high-precision production system designed to make sleeve (nozzle/nipple) welding on cylindrical metal surfaces such as air tank, boiler, expansion tank, LPG tank, pressure vessels, agricultural machinery parts, and hydraulic cylinder bodies.

The machine can operate in manual and automatic modes. With the pre-production welding simulation feature, parts are positioned correctly on the axis and welding accuracy can be checked in advance. The welding head, which can be automatically positioned according to the sleeve diameter, provides a smooth and homogeneous welding seam with oscillation movement when necessary.

All settings can be managed via the touch panel. In addition, recipe (program) recording can be made for welding parameters of different parts and sleeve types in the system. This reduces operator errors, ensures standardization in production, and speeds up model changes.
