Description
Welding positioners are available for loads ranging from 250 kg to 30000 kg in standard sizes.
The structure of the positioners is designed according to the most suitable configuration for the rotation and tilting of the table.
Positioners consist of body, motor, table rotation and tilting systems, electrical panel, and remote operator control unit, providing the best structural protection.
Positioners for heavy workpieces are fixed to the ground.
The table has T-slots either optional or standard, providing quick clamping of the workpiece.
The table rotation and tilting are made with steel straight gear transmission systems.
The table rotation speed is adjusted through a remote control system with a 5m cable that the operator can easily control.
PLC can be applied optionally to all models.
