250 Kg Capacity Turning Welding Positioner

 

Welding can be performed on workpieces ranging from 50 Kg to 50,000 Kg by positioning them with a crescent gear or hydraulic open adjustment, using TIG, MIG/MAG, and submerged arc welding. The positioner, which is often needed for the workpieces to be welded, moves in dual axes.

 

On one of the axes, the table to which the workpiece is attached can rotate 360 degrees, while on the other axis, it can turn 90 degrees from the opposite angle, and the positioning is achieved through speed control of the rotations. Special studies and designs can also be made for the production of lift positioners.
