Ø 1200 Mm Linear Welding Machine

 

The longitudinal welding machine is designed for longitudinal welding of rectangular, circular, conical, and flat plates.

 

The torch mechanism, which advances with precise speed control on linear carriages, produces welds in series and root welded. Depending on the request, Tig, mig/mag, and submerged arc welding can be mounted for welding materials with a thickness of 0.50 mm to 12 mm.

The welding process is initiated by pressing the material onto the copper plates with a pneumatic or air hose pressing system. In systems where PLC control and servo motors can be installed, the welding length to be performed can be pre-entered using the reference method. Precise starting and ending points are ensured. The length of the material to be welded can vary from 50 mm to 6000 mm, and the diameter can range from 90 mm to 2000 mm. A water or gas-cooled system can be installed upon request.
