Double-tier Pneumatic Grinding Machine
OR-TAŞ ORT-250
Pneumatic Grinders are used in rough and high grinding processes of cleaned products.
The Double-tier Pneumatic Grinder performs the grinding process with four pairs of parallel grinding balls, which have gear or straight teeth and different diameters, according to the characteristics of the product to be grinded.
There are two consecutive grinding processes without any intermediate process: the product grinded between wider calibration grinding balls is grinded between finer calibration grinding balls below, resulting in a finer product compared to normal grinding.
The product taken into the machine from the glass inlet nozzle is distributed homogeneously between the rotating grinding balls using grainy rollers to be grinded.
Upon reaching the glass inlet nozzle of the product, due to the generated alerting force, the grinding balls approach each other and activate the grainy rollers to ensure the uniform flow of the product; when the product is completely finished, the grinding balls separate from each other with the pushing force of the air piston and the grainy curtain closes completely.
The circulation of the product between the grinding balls and the sieve continues until the desired result is achieved.
•It is made of high-strength high quality steel plate.
•Operates in automatic mode.
•Protective covers can be easily opened and closed.
•No dust-retaining materials are used on the inner surface of the machine.
•The handles of the Grinding Balls are made according to the conical roller without a screw.
•The life of the grinding balls is long-lasting.
•Special air circulation prevents the product from sticking to the surface of the grinding balls and ensures cooling of the balls during operation.
•It performs the duty of two Grinding Machines.
•Higher yields of over %65 can be obtained with less ash content.
•Due to the reduction in screening area, the pneumatic suction, i.e. air requirement, is reduced by 12% and due to material and energy savings, it is more economical.
•It saves 6.5% in all systems.
