10-50 ml Automatic Injectable Automatic Liquid Filling Machine

The Automatic Injectable Filling Machine is a system with a digital display that adjusts the weight with the help of a special pump for various sizes and shapes of tin, plastic, glass, PVC, and other bottles.

It performs volumetric filling and capping processes for liquid and high-viscosity products with servo motor-controlled weight and nozzle height.

The Automatic Injectable Filling Machine is used in the pharmaceutical, cosmetic, food, and chemical industries and has precise filling adjustment.

The entire machine is made of 304 stainless steel material compliant with EU standards.

Waterproof electronic installation with a 7" touch screen interface, available in Turkish or English screen design.

It provides the ability to fill bottles from the bottom with the long nozzle option.

The machine can be designed in a line according to preference, and it is possible to complete it with a bottle cap capping and labeling machine (single-sided or double-sided) connected to a conveyor.

The process sequence of the Automatic Injectable Filling Machine is as follows.

1. Automatic bottle feeding

2. Dual filling (the number of nozzles can be increased according to demand)

3. Automatic stopper or plastic feeding

4. Aluminum cap feeding

5. Cap capping or tightening

6. Product dispensing from the exit unit

7. Optical control (this section is included in the labeling machine according to demand)

8. Labeling

9. Finished product

1) The bottle feeding system can be automatically transferred from the bottle feeding unit or manually placed on the conveyor for filling.

2) In the dual filling section, filling can be done from 10 ml to 250 ml and above.

3) Automatic stopper or feeding is provided via a vibration system.

The lower and upper levels of the vibration feeding system can be adjusted via the touch screen.

4) Aluminum cap feeding is precisely placed on the bottle mouth thanks to vibration.

As in stopper vibration, the upper and lower levels can be adjusted via the touch screen.

5) Our cap tightening unit has two types: 1. The system closes aluminum caps both by capping and by the thread pulling method.

2. The system prepares special molds according to cap shapes and automatically places them on the bottle mouths with precision.
