The Doğtaş DSM-10 is an ideal grinding machine with a 10-litre capacity used in industrial paint production. Designed as a vertical bead mill, it is used to disperse materials and reduce them to fine sizes. It is suitable for low, medium, and high-viscosity liquid materials and is commonly used in the production of paints, inks, and pigments.

Working Principle: The Doğtaş DSM-10 features a bottom feed inlet, and with the help of a pump, the products pass through the chamber and are ground by beads. The shaft, rotating at an appropriate speed by the motor, is equipped with a series of disks that help grind the materials with high force using the beads, reducing them to as small as 2 microns. The beads are typically 3 mm in diameter, and the chamber contains 40%-60% grinding beads. After a short grinding time, the products are sieved, and the beads are separated from the final product, completing the production process.
