– With BASKET MILL, the mixing of solid materials with dissolver blade in liquid phase, pre-dispersion and fine grinding with integrated basketmill can be done in a single machine and a single container.

– The high-speed disk under the basket sucks the product to be crushed from the top of the basket into the conical grinding chamber by suction.

– The other mixing discs in the grinding chamber provide the necessary energy and movement to the crushing/grinding zirconium beads in the chamber, dispersing the product. There is a wide and slotted screen system under the basket. This screen allows the product passing through the grinding chamber to return to the container, while keeping the crushing/grinding balls inside the grinding chamber. The dispersed product passing through the screen, is thrown towards the vessel walls by the centrifugal force created by the high-speed disk under the basket, with the help of the conical structure at the bottom of the vessel, the product re-enters the grinding chamber from the top and provides circulation.
