Yontar KPM-9036 General Features 

KPM 9036 is a FULL AUTOMATIC machine that produces paving stones in multiple layers. It manufactures concrete elements such as paving stones, grass stones, curbs, drainage channels, and slope stones.

• The movement of the machine is programmed with a PLC microprocessor computer.

• It produces by pressing 8 rows of stones at a height of 8 cm and 10 rows at a height of 6 cm on a wooden pallet.

• The useful area of the mold is large enough to press 1 m2 of stone in one press.

• The fine aggregate section is designed to be separable with motor drive.

• There is braking electronics in the vibrator motors.

• The car tables are hydraulically operated.

• There are 2 sand storage bunkers that can pneumatically transfer sand and a pneumatic scraper with a bellows in front of the thick aggregate cart.

• It becomes ready for automatic operation with a single command given from the operator panel.

• To optimize the quality of production, all timing and counter values are monitored from the operator panel and can be changed if necessary.

• There is a thermostatic controlled heater and a filtered ventilation system in the main control panels.

• The lower and upper vibrators are stopped with an electronic brake circuit.

• Each motor in the lower vibrators has a separate forced cooling system.
