The process begins with the separation of plastic materials, which are then cleaned by a washing system after being broken and fragmented, and transported to pools. During this process, they undergo washing and rinsing. In the next stage, to remove the existing water, they are transported to the agglomeration machine by removing water in the squeezing system, reducing the existing mass and increasing the density. At the same time, they undergo a drying process and become ready for extrusion.
In the extruder stage, the plastic material under high temperature and pressure is filtered after reaching the existing specific density, and then it is shaped into granules according to the desired sizes and stored.
Our agglomeration models suitable for the needs and capacities of our customers are recommended. Agglomeration machines play a role in the tasks of crushing and drying. Plastic agglomerate is transferred, and due to friction, the moisture on the plastic is evaporated by the rotating knife and fixed knives on the rotating axe, heating and drying the product.
