The tracked cone crusher is produced in the form of a feeding bunker, generator cone crusher, and stock conveyor. The FTC-200 Tracked Cone Crusher, which is operated remotely on a steel track, successfully completes all commands given by the user while moving on tracks in all challenging climate conditions and rugged terrains. The FTC-200 Tracked Cone Crusher, meticulously designed and carefully manufactured for stone crushing, is the industry-leading tracked crusher plant with a weight of 41,000 Kg and a crushing capacity of 100-180 T/H.

Eliminates Infrastructure Requirements

The FTC-200 Tracked Cone Crusher does not require any additional infrastructure as it is operated remotely and adapts to all challenging terrain conditions.

Belt Feeder

The belt feeder is the system responsible for quickly sending the loaded products to the crusher for the crushing process.

With the help of 2 motors, the belt feeder gains mobility and has a motor protection system. This system prevents malfunctions that may occur due to overheating.

The working intensity of the belt feeder and the crusher is coupled with an automation system.

This feature operates in two steps.

Step 1: If the product density inside the crusher is high, the amperage of the crusher increases, this increase is detected by the automation system, and the bunker transfer stops. It prevents product accumulation in the crusher feeding chute. This feature prevents wear on the crusher.

Step 2: If the product density inside the crusher is low, the amperage of the crusher decreases. This decrease is detected by the automation system, and the bunker transfer increases. The feeding bunker delivers products to the crusher more quickly. This feature keeps the production capacity at maximum levels.

Cone Crusher

Cone crushers are the crushers of the FTC-200 Tracked Crushing Plant that can easily break hard stones.

The power transmitted from the motor to the gear shaft is sent to the hub part via gears. The hub part and the concave inside the crusher crush the stones by crushing them.

Stock Conveyors

With its foldable structure, it minimizes the dimensions of the machine it is on, and optionally, the number and length of the belts can be increased upon the user’s request.

10 mm EP 125 4-ply conveyor belts, moving on 4 mm st 37 flexible sheet, carry the aggregate that comes out of the sieve to the desired area of the user in a flawless manner. The conveyor belts, produced to be resistant to wear, will never let you down and offer a long service life.

Track System

The main element that enables the FTC-200 Tracked Cone Crusher to move is the track system. The entire weight of the crusher is carried by the tracks.
