In the Closed Type Cheese Dry Boiling machine, the curd is kneaded by heating it with steam circulating around the curd pot inside an oval kettle.

Capacities: 40-60-80 lt/batch

The Open Steam Type Dry Boiling machines are used for high capacities above 100 kg/batch.

Inside, the curd is kneaded with 2 spiral augers and cooked quickly with the steam provided inside and the steam on the outer wall.

Capacities: 100 – 500 kg/batch
