1- The ability to control all machine functions with 2 touch screens available on the machine,

2- The ability to observe and control raw material levels in kilograms from the touch screens,

3- The boom system carrying the casting head provides a 300° movement capability, making the entire area around the machine usable and increasing production capacity,

4- To ensure the up-down movement of our boom system, it is designed with a high-strength spring tension system instead of the conventional pneumatic piston used by domestic and foreign companies, providing a safe and ergonomic structure,

5- Thanks to the disassembled design, the machine can be easily redesigned according to the production shape in the area where production will take place,

6- Raw material fillings are done with diaphragm filling pumps resistant to chemicals instead of conventional hydraulic gear pumps,

7- With the advantage of having all production stages, including the electronic programming of the machine, carried out by us, more precise dosing is achieved compared to other machine manufacturers, preventing both software errors and faulty part productions,

8- The accuracy of the chemical components of the parts produced is continuously monitored in real-time in grams/second with the flowmeter systems we use that operate with a precision of 0.003, preventing unnecessary raw material waste and ensuring the production of quality and standard products.
