The Itas Makina DVM100 is a vacuum paint mixer designed for industrial use. It is designed to absorb air bubbles formed within the mixture through vacuuming, ensuring a high-quality mixture. This is particularly useful for quickly obtaining a homogeneous mixture of liquids and powders under vacuum.

Durable Construction:
The main body of the mixer is made from high-alloy carbon steel and welded using the MIG method. The body is moved by an electro-hydraulic system, and dense materials sticking to the tank surfaces during mixing are cleaned with a scraper. All materials that come into contact with the product are made of AISI 304 stainless steel.

Applications:
This mixer is used in many fields where dispersion and homogeneous mixing are required. It is especially preferred in the production of paints, inks, varnishes, pigment pastes, and various petrochemical products. The mixer ensures a homogeneous mixture for these solvents with the appropriate and effective motor power, depending on the viscosity.

Mixer Features:

• Reverse Rotation:
  In addition to mono speed, the speed is controlled by a frequency converter. The converter used is a heavy-duty industrial model capable of delivering more power than the motor's nominal rating. The mixing rotation can be adjusted between 0 RPM and 1500 RPM according to standard factory settings.

• Hydraulic Lifting:
  The machine can mix at any height, both upwards and downwards. It is equipped with an electro-hydraulic system. In some models, the body can rotate 360 degrees to service surrounding tanks.

• Optional Features:
  Explosion-proof systems (ATEX Zone 1 EEx dIIB T4 standards), vacuum application, tank scraper, semi- or fully automatic control systems, PLC control system, automatic lifting and lowering based on product level, and speed control options are available.
