YKS BSRKROT 090-100 is a professional welding rotator system that provides high carrying capacity and safe operation in the turning operations of heavy and large diameter tanks, boilers and cylindrical workpieces. This model, which can carry loads up to 100 tons without any problems, is a preferred solution especially in tank manufacturing, power plants, pressure vessel production, pipeline construction and heavy industry applications.

Thanks to its self-adjusting structure, the weight distribution and diameter variability of the workpiece are automatically balanced. This feature both increases operator safety and ensures that the workpiece is rotated at the correct center. It does not require any extra equipment or operations during adjustment; It can cover wide diameter ranges quickly.

All capacities between 10 tons and 150 tons are offered in standard production. Upon request, special production up to 250 tons capacity can be made.
