The system is fully automatic and fed without any manual touch, the potatoes are washed and peeled with minimal waste. Peeled potatoes are sent to the sorting conveyor after washing. The potatoes, which have moved on to the cutting section, are cut into the desired shape and size, and then the starch is removed. The potatoes with starch removed are cooled with the help of air after the frying unit, packaged and made ready to use.
