YKS BSRPOZ 1000 Standard Welding Positioner
YKS BSRPOZ 1000 is a standard type welding positioner designed to move work pieces up to 1000 kg in a safe, controlled and correct angle. This model, which is frequently preferred in light and medium-sized metal processing, manufacturing, maintenance and welding workshops, increases operator efficiency with its robust body and precise positioning ability.
Welding positioners are generally produced in different capacity ranges from 250 kg to 30,000 kg. All models use optimized configurations so that the table can rotate and tilt forward and backward. In YKS standard series; The body, engine group, table rotating and tilting mechanisms, electrical panel and remote control unit are combined under a durable structure.
For heavy workpieces, it is recommended to fix the positioner to the floor. There are standard or optional T-slot channels on the table. This structure allows workpieces to be fastened quickly and safely. Table rotating and tilting movements are carried out by a long-lasting steel spur gear transmission system.
The operator can practically adjust the table rotation speed via the 5-meter cable remote control. In more advanced production lines, PLC automation system can be optionally applied in all models.
