Parts such as the compressor head, cylinder, valve and crank are cast.

Lubrication is provided with the help of a rod integrated into the connecting rod.

There is a mini ball valve integrated into the body that allows easy discharge of the compressor oil. A removable blind plug is installed at the outlet of this valve against the risk of oil discharge.

Air-cooled: Cooling is provided by intercoolers and post-coolers and the air flow created by the fan.

The oil condition can be easily monitored thanks to the sight glass integrated into the compressor head.

Pressure status is monitored with a manometer.

Operation control (idle-load operation) is provided by the pressure switch.

The system is secured against excessive pressure with the safety valve set to 1 bar for the compressor operating pressure.

The air filter element is placed in a plastic filter case that allows easy replacement.

The safety of the belt-pulley system is ensured by a closed enclosure in accordance with CE norms.

The compressor unit is mounted on the air tank and can also be mounted outside the tank.

A ball valve is installed at the air outlet of the air tanks. Additionally, a mini ball valve is used to drain condensate water under the tanks.
