WORKING PRINCIPLE
Parts to be washed are placed in a closed chamber on a basket mounted on a stainless rotating platform, subjected to washing with high-pressure detergent and water. Depending on the structure of the part and the level of contamination, the washing process is carried out to clean oil, chips, dirt, and waste from dirty surfaces at different angles through time-controlled pressurized water nozzles. The washing is designed to minimize the consumption of water, detergent, electricity, and time (labor) by filtering the water through a circulation system.
