Yontar Machine-IV General Features

• According to our customers’ requests; after determining the maximum pipe length and maximum pipe diameter, the size of the machine is established, and then it is decided how many pipes can be produced in a single press according to the desired daily production quantity, meaning whether it will be single, double, triple,….

• The pipe length of the machines in this series can be up to 1.5 meters, and for pipes with a diameter of 800mm in triple and single types, they are taken from the machine using a hydraulic transport cart, while for larger diameter and longer pipes, they are taken from the machine with the help of a forklift.

• The number of molds and product lengths produced in a single press of the machines produced in this series as standard are given in the tables below.
