The machine has a hydraulic lift and descent feature and allows for fully automatic, stepless speed change via a frequency inverter. It offers mixing capability at the desired height during the lift and descent. The mixing shaft and paddle of the machine are made from AISI 304 stainless steel, ensuring durability and long service life. The initial start-up speed is always set to 100 rpm or can be adjusted to a desired speed. The low start-up speed is important for the overall machine design and electrical safety, and necessary safety measures are in place. The mixing speed can be increased by turning the button, if desired.

Applications:

These machines are used especially where dispersion and homogeneous mixing are required. Solvents suitable for different viscosities are effective in the production of paints, inks, varnishes, pigment paste, and petrochemical products.

In addition to mono speed, the speed is also controlled by a frequency inverter. The mixing rotation is set to 0 rpm – 1500 rpm as per standard factory settings.
