Computerized Knitted Stitch Opening Iron Machine is produced to be used in the intermediate ironing processes of all kinds of knitted fabrics in the textile industry. It allows for high performance, especially in ironing the edges of knitted fabrics, enabling smooth and clear results.

The ironing pressure and steam amount are adjustable. The ironed products are automatically stacked onto a cart within the machine thanks to the conveyor belt system. It is a central system machine that obtains its steam needs from an external steam generator (steam generator). By heating the lower plate with steam, electricity savings are achieved.

The high vacuum feature is ideal for the rapid and controlled cooling of the product. The steam distribution is adjusted homogeneously and affects every point of the ironed product equally. Since the upper and lower transport systems operate at the same speed, there is no rubbing, displacement, or deformation on the product.

All operations are carried out fully automatically with a PLC control system. This ensures safe and efficient use without the need for the machine operator to receive advanced technical training.
