The basket, placed on a stainless steel rotating platform with a sliding system, is subjected to washing with high-pressure detergent and water in a closed chamber where the parts to be washed are placed.
According to the structure of the part and the level of dirt, the washing process is carried out to clean oil, chips, dirt, and waste from dirty surfaces at different angles through time-adjustable high-pressure water nozzles.
With the circulation system, water is filtered, and the consumption of water, detergent, electricity, and time (work power) is designed to be minimized for part washing. Parts to be washed can also be cleaned manually with detergent water through the circulation process.
