1. Planning and Preparation

Detailed planning is essential before starting the project:

• Location:
  The area where the tree will be set up should be spacious, flat, and safe. Outdoor projects should also take into account weather conditions like wind.

• Material List:
  Lights, ornaments, tree topper, ribbons, and other materials should be procured in advance. For a large tree:

  • 100,000 LED lights,

  • Ornaments with a diameter of 50 cm or larger,

  • A star tree topper with a length of 1.5-2 meters,

  • Wide ribbon or tulle to wrap the tree may be needed.

2. Team Organization

40 people can be divided into different groups according to their roles:

• Assembly Team (10 people):
  Assembles the main structure of the tree and places the branches. This team must have experience working at heights.

• Decoration Team (15 people):
  Places the lights and decorative ornaments on the tree.

• Technical Support Team (5 people):
  Checks electrical connections and lighting.

• Logistics and Material Team (10 people):
  Responsible for distributing and transporting decoration materials.

3. Process and Timing

The installation and decoration of a large tree can usually be completed within 2-3 days:

• Day 1:
  Area is cleared, ground is leveled, and the main trunk of the tree is assembled.

• Day 2:
  Branches are placed, lighting is done, and large ornaments are added.

• Day 3:
  Final touches are made; star tree topper is placed and light tests are conducted.

4. Safety Measures

Safety should be a priority in large projects:

• Height Safety Measures: Cranes or platforms suitable for working at heights should be used.

• Electrical Safety: If working outdoors, water-resistant connections should be used.

• Equipment Usage: Everyone should use safety equipment like helmets, safety harnesses, etc.
