Preform Damper

This is a machine with an automatic tipping system where preforms are unloaded to feed the blowing machine. The preform box placed on it by a forklift is automatically unloaded to the preform elevator, ensuring a continuous supply of preforms and preventing production stoppage.

Preform Feeding

Preforms are sent to the system by a continuously operating star that moves in sync with the furnace arch, driven by a servo motor. This star can be easily changed for the different neck diameters of the bottles you will produce.

Transfer of Preforms

This is a group that allows the transfer of preforms into the furnace, containing preform carriers and driven by a servo motor. 

Preform Heat Tunnel

Preforms are heated homogeneously thanks to the lamps inside the heat tunnel. This system operates without heating the neck of the preforms.

Preform Comb Group

Thanks to the system driven by a servo motor, heated and suitable preforms for blowing are transferred into the mold.

Blowing of Preforms

Preforms transferred into the mold are blown into bottles after the closing of the mold opening and closing group driven by a servo motor and the tension operation also driven by a servo motor, using extremely fast, long-lasting, and precise air blocks placed separately for each cavity.

Product Output

The blown bottles are automatically removed from the machine by the comb group. The bottles are directly sent to the exit via an air conveyor or an exit conveyor.
