12-50 mm Dome Bending Machine

 

It performs the bending process of the ends of domed or non-domed lids used to close the bottoms and tops of cylindrical, metal containers with thin or thick walls, under pressure or not. There is a hole in the center part of the lid.

*Sheet bending capacity is given for steel with a yield strength of 24 kg/mm2.

The edges of flat or domed circular sheets are rolled with rolling molds. This way, the sheet edges are radiused and flanging is accomplished.
