GENERAL FEATURES

  • It has a large heating surface, thus it responds to sudden energy draws.
  • It has a large and undulating combustion chamber.
  • Water can intervene from the smoke doors at the front of the boiler, from the large diameter explosion door at the back to the furnace side, from the manhole on top of the boiler and from at least 2 handholes.
  • Liquid Fuel-Gas Fuel

DESIGN

  • High pressure, 3 pass, flame smoke tube, cylindrical, Scotch type hot/hot water boilers are designed and manufactured in accordance with TS EN12953 standards.
  • It has a CE mark according to the 97/23/EC Pressure Equipment Directive.

MATERIAL

  • The envelope, mirrors, and combustion chamber are made of P265GH or P295GH (HI – HII) boiler steel in accordance with EN10028.
  • Pipes are made of EN10216 / Seamless pipe, normalized steel drawn pipe (P 235 GH).

HIGH EFFICIENCY

  • The 3 pass design of the boiler ensures that the flame and smoke gases resulting from good combustion are circulated over sufficient heating surfaces, allowing maximum heat transfer; the smoke gases are discharged to the chimney without creating low-temperature corrosion. Thus, NOx formation remains at a minimum level, achieving high boiler efficiency.
  • The thermal load is brought to the most suitable ratio per unit heating surface (per square meter).
