12:1 Magnification Optical Scanning and Measurement Station

To evaluate the quality of the bend, you need to create a cross-section of the conductive bend. With a measurement microscope and appropriate analysis software, the micro section can be measured, graded, and documented according to relevant standards or specified customer requirements.

The Optical Station ML 3212 is a top-class measurement microscope for examining the bend after the polishing process. It has an excellent color digital camera that enables the production of very high-quality micrographs, as well as a combination of extraordinary zoom range and resolution with a 12x zoom objective.

All our optical stations are mounted on stainless steel laminated MDF boards and include the innovative and comfortable analysis software X-Scan.

Laptop or PC is not included in the standard delivery and must be requested separately.
