125 Kg Digital Thermostat Powder Coating Drying Oven

 

The main working principle is to shock and dry factory outlet welding powders by keeping them at high temperature and preserving them until they are taken to the application point at a low temperature degree.

 

Factory outlet powder coatings will be shocked by being kept at 300°C-350°C for about 2 hours and then left to rest at 130 °C.

 

After the drying process, the powder welding powders should be taken into buckets with a bottom discharge system and brought to the application point as soon as possible.

 

 

The oven chamber consists of two separate parts, one on top and one at the bottom. There is a flap for the passage of welding powders from the upper section to the lower section.

When the lever is turned, the powders are poured into the lower chamber. This flap opening process can be done automatically with a pneumatic system. This automation is offered to the customer optionally.

Two separate compartments that can be controlled separately: while shocking at 350 degrees in the upper part, resting can be done at 150 degrees in the lower part.

The total capacity is 250 kg. Under normal conditions, new powder cannot be added until the process of unshocked moist powders is completed.

In this oven, while moist powders are being shocked on one side, you can take as much as you need from the other side and leave the remaining ones to rest.

Both sides can be adjusted to the desired degree between 0-400 degrees.
