The process begins with the separation of plastic materials, which are then cleaned by a washing system after being broken and crushed, and transported to pools. During this process, they undergo washing and rinsing. In the next stage, to remove the existing water, they are transferred to the agglomerator machine by being dewatered in the squeezing system, reducing their current mass and increasing their density. At the same time, they undergo a drying process and become ready for processing in the extruder.
In the extruder stage, the plastic material under high temperature and pressure, after passing through filtration, takes the desired granule shape according to the existing specific density and is stored.
Our agglomerate models suitable for the needs and capacities of our customers are recommended. Agglomerator machines play a role in crushing and drying tasks. Plastic is transferred into the agglomerator and, due to friction from the rotating blades on the high-speed rotating axe and fixed blades, the moisture on the plastic is vaporized, heating and drying the product.
