Yontar KPM-36 1300 x 1150 mm Concrete Paving Stone Production Machine

KPM-36; a fully automatic concrete paving machine that can produce locked or unlocked paving stones in series, capable of multi-layer production by pressing 8 rows of stones stacked on a wooden pallet at a height of 80 cm, with the machine’s movement programmed by a PLC microprocessor computer.

If the height of the produced stone falls below 80 mm, the number of rows pressed on top also increases.

The hydraulic system is equipped with medium-pressure hydraulic valves and is fed by 6 hydraulic pumps.

If desired, the flow rate of more than two pumps can be sent to the same cylinder to achieve maximum flow rate.

Thanks to the heater and cooler in the system, the temperature of the unit is continuously monitored.
