Ø140 400-500 Kg/Hour Plastic Recycling Granule Extruder

The process begins with the separation of plastic materials, which after breaking and shredding, starts to be cleaned with a washing system and is transported to pools. In this process, it undergoes washing and rinsing, and in the following stage, it is transported to the agglomerator machine by removing the existing water through a squeezing system, reducing its current mass and increasing its density. At the same time, it undergoes a drying process and becomes ready for processing in the extruder.
In the extruder stage, the plastic material under high temperature and pressure, after passing through filtration, takes the desired shape of granules according to the existing specific density and is stored.

Plastic is transferred into the agglomerator and, due to friction from the rotating blades on the high-speed rotating axe and fixed blades, the moisture on the plastic is vaporized, the product is heated and dried.
