Descriptions:
The purpose of the machine is to crack hard walnuts, thick-shelled walnuts, and walnuts that are difficult to break
without damaging the inside.
The walnuts cracked in the CKM-7200 walnut cracking machine come out in a high percentage (%80) whole and
as halves.
There is no need for a separate sizing (calibration) process. It performs the cracking process by calibrating itself
from 20mm to 45mm.
The walnuts used in the machine are; local walnuts, Ukrainian walnuts, Moldovan walnuts, Romanian
walnuts, Bulgarian walnuts, Uzbek walnuts, Kyrgyz walnuts, Iranian walnuts, etc.
The cracking method of the machine is; it takes the walnuts one by one and, thanks to its new mechanism, it
cracks the walnut by squeezing it at four points around it with the adjustment nuts.
The user can adjust the squeezing distance as desired.
