The New System is crushing and screening and has a capacity of 150-240 tons/hour.  Ideal for crushing Granite and Basalt.
GENERAL 950 Closed Circuit Crushing System The entire system is collected on a single platform and can be transported with 1 truck.
It is designed to be put into operation within 30 minutes.
It is the most suitable mobile crusher plant for crushing materials such as hard and hard-to-break stones (Basalt, Granite) and minerals (Iron Ore, Chrome Ore, Quartz).
It is the most ideal crusher unit for crushing abrasive materials.

Vibrating Feeder and Hopper
The feeder system is driven by 2 vibromotors. In this way, trouble-free operation and minimum maintenance are provided.
The feeder hopper is suitable for feeding with Excavators and Loaders, and in permanent operations, feeding can be done with trucks with additional hoppers.
All wear points in the Feeder and Hopper are protected by replaceable wear armor.
There is a screening system in the Feeder Table. Thanks to the by-pass conveyor, this sifted soiled material can be poured into the stock area.

Dust Removal System prevents dust by spraying high pressure water into the nozzle to suppress dust on conveyors.

The reducers are special reducers with 3 transmissions.
Conveyor Belt Tires are Derby or Eksaş Brand.
Bearings: SKF or FAG Bearings
The flat product used is Ereğli Iron and Steel Product and is A1 Quality.
