It is a hydraulic driven, double acting pump that has the ability to adjust pressure and flow rate continuously between minimum and maximum. With this pump, it is possible to inject water, all types of cement slurries, and cement-bentonite mixtures with sand-cement mixtures containing up to 3 mm sand at a ratio of 30%.

Our R.S 80 model cement injection machine is designed for very special cement mixtures. The latest techniques and new cement mixtures require effective control and regulation of pressure, which sometimes needs to be low and then high. Our RS 80 pumps are designed for these extraordinary requirements.
When our injection pumps are combined with our high-speed RS 260 model mixers and RS 500 model alkalizers, they create an easy and practical “injection line”.
On page 2, our compact cement injection unit with a flat base and open-close buttons is shown.
On page 5, a more sophisticated modular cement injection station is shown. In this model, all controls and instruments are located on a single console for manual or semi-automatic control. Optionally, this unit can be mounted on a trailer with rubber wheels.

TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS

RS 80 clivio pumps have pistons moving in opposite directions.
The hydraulic pump and all hydraulic circuits are located inside the oil tank. All hydraulic parts are easily accessible for all kinds of control and are protected against damages that may occur in the working environment.
Only pressure and flow control valves are kept outside for immediate intervention and fine adjustment.

The oil cooler can maintain the oil temperature at normal levels even under heavy and continuous working conditions. The continuous washing system ensures that the pistons remain clean and reduces wear. The cement pumps consist of two cylinder bodies; special cast iron blocks and pistons made of steel with a maximum diameter of 80 mm.
